How to replace the step chain?
1. Turn the escalator to the inspection and use the inspection switch to control the escalator to turn up and down and run in the pit at the lower end to remove all the steps one by one. It takes two people about 1 day
2. After dismantling the steps, prepare the tools for dismantling the step chain and the new step chain
3. Tighten the chain with a tensioning tool, pull out the chain joint and remove the large chain from the rear end to the outside of the escalator frame, and put the new step large chain from the rear end, and use the guide chain when going up
4. Rotate the escalator a few times to make the chain run on a constant trajectory
5. Install the steps one by one, and adjust the tension spring screws on both sides of the rear end
