1. Escalator manufacturers or users should choose handrails of the same type according to the type of escalator.
2. Handrails in transportation and storage:
The handrails should be protected from damage to the packaging, so as not to damage the decorative glue, and prevent rain and sun.

The handrails should be kept flat, and multiple overlapping stacks are not allowed, and the storage period should not exceed two months to prevent the deformation of the handrails.
Handrails are prohibited from contacting with oil, acid, alkali and sharp objects.
Handrails are not allowed to be exposed to direct sunlight, the storage environment temperature is -15 degrees - +35 degrees, and the relative humidity is 60% - 80%.
3. During the installation and commissioning of the handrails:
After the handrail belt is unpacked, tooling measures should be taken to ensure that the surface rubber and metal skeleton of the handrail belt are not damaged. When installing and handling, the corner radius at both ends of the handrail shall not be less than 300 mm.
Before the installation and debugging of the handrail, the smoothness of the accessories that are in contact with the handrail should be checked, and fine and rough burrs are not allowed, so as not to damage the handrail.
After the escalator is installed and debugged, the handrail must not deviate from the center of the guide rail during operation to avoid mechanical damage, and the handrail should not be too tight to prevent ripening during operation.
After the installation and commissioning of the handrail is completed, the handrail should be disassembled and restored to the black plastic film packaging. The radius of the turning at both ends of the handrail should not be less than 300 mm. The handrail should not be stored on the escalator in a tensioned state for a long time.
After the escalator is installed and debugged by the user unit, if it is not put into use temporarily, the user unit must run the escalator for 1-2 hours a week, so as to avoid partial handrails staying at the corners at both ends of the escalator for a long time due to stress concentration. damage.
4. On the premise that the handrail meets the above requirements, if quality problems are found within one and a half years from the date of use, the "Three Guarantees" will be implemented.
